health and beauty is not something that is done easily. It takes discipline, concentration,
and willpower. Four factors are essential for good health and looking great: a

hangover:Ingredients:

to fill half a cup. Allow the juice to air, uncovered for a week. Apply and leave
it all night. Shower the next day. Do only at night. Never expose skin

Using
acupressure: Squeeze the palm of your hand using the thumb of the other. Another
trick is to squeeze the ball under the left thumb with the right thumb and index

Swallow a spoonful of sugar without water. For
hyperactive children: Apple
peels: Boil apple peels for 5 minutes in half a glass of water. Let it cool
