to Combat Fleas Vinegar
- Fleas hate the smell and taste of vinegar. In a spray bottle, put equal parts
of water and white vinegar. Spray your dog with it and massage it into the fur.
This remedy is not recommended for cats because they hate the smell. Garlic
- Mix one garlic clove in your dog's food. If the dog doesn't like the taste,
rub the garlic on his fur. Brewer's
yeast - Same as the garlic recipe but using Brewer's yeast. Cilantro
seeds - Sprinkle cilantro seeds where your dog sleeps. Eucalyptus
leaves - Place eucalyptus leaves under the beds and wherever the dog sleeps. Orange
peels water - Place orange peels and a liter of water in a pot, and bring
to a boil. When the water turns orange, turn it off and let it cool. After bathing
your dog, give him a final rinse with the orange water.
