Oily skin appears
to be full of impurities. On the other hand, the open pores and the shine on the
nose, forehead, and chin make it look very unattractive. However, you do not have
to live with this problem. There are several natural remedies you could try to
treat oily skin. Orange
Juice: Drink the juice of two oranges every day before breakfast. In two weeks
you will notice the difference.
Potato
mask: Boil a potato and make a puree. Add two tablespoons of milk, bread crumbs,
and a few lemon drops. Spread it on the face and let it work for 20 minutes. Rinse
with cold water. Rosemary
mask: Grind dried rosemary leaves and mix them with a tablespoon of honey
and one egg yolk. Stir until it forms a creamy paste. Apply all over the face
and neck and leave for 15 or 20 minutes. Wash with hot water. Marie
Antoinette's mask: 1/4 liter of milk, 6 ml of lemon juice,
and 12 ml of cognac. Mix all ingredients and bring them to a boil, then simmer.
Cool. Apply on the face and neck, let it dry, and leave for 15 minutes. Rinse
with warm water, then with cold water. White
rum mask: Combine 1 egg yolk, 12 lemon drops, 8 drops of olive oil, and
12 drops of white rum. Apply to the face and let it work for 20 minutes. Rinse
with cold water. Tomato
tonic: Peel tomatoes and remove the seeds. Squash it and add 30 grams
of glycerin. Apply the same day.
Oatmeal
mask: An egg white beaten until creamy, lemon juice, and oatmeal (the
necessary amount to form a paste). Apply and leave for 10 minutes. Rinse with
cold water. Milk
and mint lotion: Mince a few sprigs of fresh mint and parsley. Add 1/4
liter of cold milk. Mix and let macerate for 12 hours. Strain and store in the
refrigerator. Use lotion in the morning and at night. |
