To
combat athlete's foot: Water
with salt - Add eight teaspoons salt to a quart of warm water. Soak feet in
this solution. Fungi do not like salt. Baking
soda - Add a little water to one tablespoon of baking soda so that it turns
to a paste. Apply between toes and throughout the affected area. Wash and dry
the area. Leave
your shoes in the sun - Leave your shoes outdoors for a few minutes every
day. 
Tea
tree oil - Mix equal parts of olive oil and tea tree oil and apply on the
affected area twice a day. Essential
oil of lavender - Rub feet with lavender oil. To
combat vaginal fungal infections: To
relieve itching and discomfort - Add colloidal oatmeal to the water when taking
a tub bath. Yogurt
- Eat plenty of yogurt to prevent vaginal infections. Echinacea
tea - Drink a couple of cups of echinacea tea daily. Hydrogen
peroxide - A vaginal wash with hydrogen peroxide 3% relieves yeast infections.
Use a sterile 30cc syringe, fill it up with hydrogen peroxide, make sure there
are no air bubbles in the syringe. Gently insert it in the vagina and slowly push
the liquid inside. If the vaginal tissues are very irritated dilute the peroxide
in 3 times the amount of water the first time you use it. Gradually increase the
aount of peroxide until you are using it full strength. Drug
store creams - There are several creams sold in the pharmacy that heal vaginal
infections, and you do not need a doctor's prescription for them. Look for a cream
containing clotrimazole. Comfrey
tea - Make a comfrey tea using two bags. Put the solution in a spray bottle
and apply when you use the restroom. This does not cure the infection but relieves

- Boil 5 garlic cloves in a cup of water. Put the water with the garlic in a foot
