Natural Remedies for Fatigue

What to do when feeling exhausted? You know you have a lot of work accumulated but your body simply refuses to respond. There are several causes for fatigue. They could be very general like lack of sleep, poor diet, colds, allergies, or they could be a sign of more serious conditions such as anemia, alcoholism, cancer, diabetes, or AIDS. If you know the causes of your exhaustion are not serious you could try these home remedies to get your strength back.

Mint oil - In a handkerchief put a few drops of peppermint oil and inhale.

A nice cup of wine - 25 g of rosemary, 1 liter of good quality red wine, 25 g of sage, 2 tablespoons of honey. Put wine, rosemary and sage in a glass container. Put the container in a pot with water. Let it boil for 20 minutes. Strain and add honey. Take a glass before each meal.

Revitalizing punch - 2 egg yolks, 2 teaspoons sugar, 2 or 3 drops of vanilla essence, 100 ml pomace (pomace brandy). Put all ingredients into a container and stir well. You can substitute the brandy for milk.
