Fast Diets to Lose a Few Pounds

Have you been invited to a party or an event and you only have a few weeks to lose those extra pounds? Or perhaps you are going on vacation and want to look spectacular in the photos. Fortunately, there are some tricks that will help you lose those few pounds in a short time.

Apple cider vinegar - Add a few teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to two liters of water and drink during the day.

* Dinner: 1 can of tuna in water, as many watermelon slices as you want, vegetable salad dressed with olive oil.

One large head of cabbage
One large stalk of celery

Day 1: Your first day will consist of all the fruits you want, except bananas. For those who like melon, two fruits that are lower in calories than most other fruits are watermelon and cantaloupe. Day 2: All vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed with all fresh or raw vegetables of your choice. Eat green, leafy vegetables. Fat-burning Bath - Put an infusion of ivy and laurel in the bath water. The infusion is made by boiling 7 tablespoons dried leaves of laurel and 5 tablespoons of ivy leaves in 3 liters of water for 15 minutes.
